The tag is valid in the Bear River Elk Zone, a general season unit with good opportunity and a mix of terrain that allows for different hunting styles. You will have access to 160 acres of private to camp on that is a mile or two from National Forest and 20 minutes away from Preston.
This is the unit that Tate grew up hunting and guiding. While we don't have the rights to guide you on the public land for the unit, we will meet you on the private land at the beginning of your hunt to give you an overview of the unit.
This tag allows you to hunt three different seasons until you kill an elk. During the archery season, you can harvest any elk, while the rifle and muzzleloader season are antlerless only.
