Booking your Bison Harvest is a two step process.
Step 1: Use the booking feature below to reserve the day that you would like to harvest your bison.
Step 2: When you submit your reservation, you will be directed to the Bison Harvest Order Form. You have 30 minutes from selecting a date to fill out the form, select the bison type you'll harvest, and complete your purchase. If you don't do so within 30 minutes, your reserved date will be cancelled and you will have to sign up for a new date.
